Intended Use	Lyse-S is used for lysing cells for the measurement of WBCs and Hemoglobin in Sysmex 3-Part series Hematology Analyzers. Refer to the analyzer’s User Manual for additional information.
Function	• Performs controlled cell lysis for WBC counting • Supports hemoglobin measurement • Provides stable optical background for hematology analysis
Active Ingredients	• Quaternary Ammonium Salt: 4.2% • Tris Buffer: 1.0% • Hydrochloric Acid (37%): 0.25% • pH: 7.5
Compatibility	Sysmex 3-Part Hematology Analyzer Series (model-specific compatibility should be confirmed).
Directions for Use	• For use by laboratory professionals or trained healthcare personnel only. • Open the bottle cap and connect it to the Lyse tubing following the analyzer’s User Manual. • Avoid contamination of tubing and reagent ports. • Do not pour or mix leftover reagent from one container into another. • Do not mix reagents of the same nature or from different batches. • Prime thoroughly with the new reagent and measure background values according to the User Manual. • When installing a new reagent lot, recalibrate the instrument as required.
