Intended Use	StromaLyse II 5P1-S Dye is used as a staining reagent for the measurement of white blood cell (WBC) differential counts in Sysmex 5-Part series Hematology Analyzers. Refer to the analyzer’s User Manual for full operating instructions.

Directions for Use	• For laboratory or healthcare professional personnel only. • Open the pouch cap and connect it to the Lyse tubing according to the analyzer’s User Manual. • Avoid contamination of the tubing and reagent. • Do not pour or mix leftover reagent from one container into another. • Do not mix reagents from different batches. • Prime the analyzer thoroughly with the new reagent and measure background values as described in the User Manual. • When using a new lot, recalibrate the instrument as specified.
